Description
Facing the wall, at shoulder height players pass the ball continuously against the wall.
Start 2 feet away from the wall and as players become more confident they can start to move away from the wall.
Coaching points
Keep control of ball.
Use both hands.
The closer players are to the wall the faster the ball speed should be.
Progression:
Players can repeat the same drill further and further from the wall.
