Movement:
Step to the left and as the right foot joins the left, jump, release the ball towards the wall and catch the rebound.
Ball starts at waist height and finishes at chest height.
Follow through towards wall and flick your wrists to increase the strength of pass.
Focus on the proficiency of the skill and not the speed.
