Players flick the ball against the wall using the finger tips of both their hands.
Keep your eye on the ball with light fingers and follow through towards the wall with hand. Bend knees to increase elevation.
When passing over a greater distance ensure player starts with the ball above their head, both hands behind the ball (fingers and thumbs pointing up).
As you throw the ball step forward and push through, ensuring your hands follow-through (hands finish by pointing at the target).

After 10 successful passes players should take a step back and continue to pass against the wall using the overhead pass technique.
