1 team starts with the ball and tries and make 10 consecutive passes. The other team can send 1 or 2 players across to try and win the ball for their side.
If the other team wins possession back for their team the roles reverse in other area (10 passes scores a point.)
Encourage players to communicate with one another to ensure they keep possession of the ball.
Try to get players to choose the correct pass for the situation i.e. if their is no defender between the ball and the team mate at a short distance a chest pass would be the best pass selection as it is the quickest and most direct pass.

The first team starts with the ball inside the attacking third, with all the other players except one stood outside the area.
The aim for the team in the area with the ball is to complete as many sets of 5 passes as possible. Every time they complete 5 passes another defender from outside the area is allowed in to try and intercept the ball.
Once all of the defending players have entered the playing area, or after an interception has been made, the teams change over and try to beat the first teams score.
When the teacher calls out a series of players' numbers they should run onto the court.
The players' whose numbers have just been called then play using normal netball rules until a goal is scored.
Two feeders stand in middle of the court, either side of the center circle.
The attacking player passes the ball out to the feeder and then runs out, looking for the return pass. The defender must react and look to push the attacker wide and/or intercept the ball.
The starting player passes the ball to the player moving towards the ball from the opposite group.
The receiving player who catches the ball should land on 1 foot, then land on their 2nd foot and pivot onto their 1st landing foot to pass the ball back the player on the side where they started.
Exercise reverses in the other direction.
Play 5 on 5 or 6 on 6, attack v defence! Every time the defender is marking the attacker from 3 feet they get a point. See how many points each group can get within the limited time period! After one minute swap attack and defence around to see which team can score the most points!
After players have made a pass they must then run to any cone on the outside of the court and touch it before re-joining the game. Depending on the ability of your players, you can condition the game so the defenders must follow them to the cone.
Two equal teams The team on the outside have to run a relay around the outside of all the cones (each player runs around once). Meanwhile the players in the middle have to pass the ball around the smaller square and see how many times they can pass the ball around their square in the time it takes the other team to all round the outside. Swap teams.
Set up: Split players into runners and shooters - no more than 4 shooters at one time who start in the shooting circle, each with a ball. The runners line up on the middle transverse line facing the shooters. The Aim: Shooters need to score 50 goals before the runners finish their shuttles. They can shoot from anywhere in the circle and must keep count themselves. The runners must complete 20 lengths of the two thirds before the shooters score their 50 goals. Each time the runners touch an end line that counts as 1 shuttle run. When both groups have finished change the 4 shooters this means some players will be running again which is good for their fitness and all players will run twice. You could allow them to complete 15 shuttles if they are struggling.
