Red player 1 throws the ball to Blue player 1, and then receives a return pass while moving forward. Red player 1 then throws the ball to Blue player 2, who then passes onto Red player 2.
Red player 1 takes place of Blue player 2 and Blue player 2 goes to back of queue. Red player 2 repeats practice in opposite direction.
