1/3 space, 2 balls, 4+ players.
1. 2 players to stand on the sidelines with a ball each.
2. The other two players to stand side by side in the middle (one attack, one defence).
3. Attacking player to drive to the sideline to receive a pass, reset in the middle and receive a pass from the other sideline passer.
4. Players to catch one pass from each sideline is considered as one set.
5. Defender to actively defend.
Encourage a variety of movements i.e. cuts, drive out.
You are wanting players to drive strong onto the ball.
Rotate through players.
Set up: 2 post players, 2 balls, 4 cones set up in a square, 1/3 space.
Workers line up behind a cone and drive straight out to first cone to recieve a sraight pass from passer.
The worker then straight drives across to side cone, recieves a pass from other passer.
Drives forward to front cone and receives diagonal pass from the first passer.
Worker then drives sideways to the final cone to recieve a pass from the opposite passer.
Worker drives midway between the front cones and recieves a pop pass.
The worker then returns to the liine they came from and next worker drives out.

Delivering the ball midcourt through to the circle edge/shooters
Half court, two balls, 5+ players
1 player standing on base line, another player with the ball standing around the third line.
Note: The video shows the drill being played out with 2 groups of players, you could just focus on one group i.e. 1 line, 1 V driver. The description is based on one group.
Player on base line near shooting post, V drives towards court edge and receives a pass from the player in the line with the ball.
Player who passes the ball drives directly to the circle edge in a straight line and receives a pass from the player who has driven out on the V.
Player who had initially drove out now drives into a position under the hoop to receive a pass from their player and put a shot up.
Set up: A wall, one third space, one ball, 4+ cones, 2 players.
Set up a triangle with cones. 2 players are attackers, 2 are defenders. Attacker starts on the top of the triangle and the other starts on one of the bottom corners. They are defended by 2 defenders the whole time. The person at the top of the triangle starts with the ball, passes to the other attacker and runs into the triangle to receive the ball back. Again they pass to the other attacker and cross the bottom line of the triangle to be outside of the triangle. They receive the ball back again and the other attacker runs to take their space at the top of the triangle. The attacker behind the line passes the ball to the new top attacker, takes one of the bottom corner spaces and the drill repeats.
Set up a triangle of attackers (3m apart) with a defender in the middle of them. The person at the top of the triangle starts with the ball, passes to one of the other attackers and runs into the triangle to receive the ball back. They then pass again to either attacker and cross the bottom line of the triangle to be outside of the triangle. They receive the ball back again and the first attacker they passed to runs to take their space at the top of the triangle. The attacker behind the line passes the ball to the new top attacker, takes the free space and the drill repeats.
i 4s 1 ball. 2 feeders with the ball. GS and GK in the circle GS has to get free to receive the ball and if she feels she is in a shooting position she can take the shot or she feeds the ball back to the other feeder.(the one that did not pass the original ball).
Split group into 3 equal teams. Ideally 6 per team. 1 team is the attackers, 1 team are defenders, 1 team is resting off the court. Split court in half. Half of the defence and attack are restricted to defending half of court while the rest of the players are restricted to attacking half of the court. 1 A starts with the ball on the baseline. Attackers have 5 minutes to get the ball to the other end of the court and score as many times as they can. If the ball is tipped, intercepted or dropped the ball is taken back to the start. After 5 minutes, defenders become attackers, attackers come off to rest, resting team become defenders.
The feeders are positioned adjacent to one another, instead of opposite - with an attacker and defender inside the square. Within the square, there will be 2 defenders and 1 attacker. The attacker can offload to either feeder. However, if the attacker cannot get free within 3 seconds OR the attacker is holding the side of the free feeder - the ball can swing to the free feeder. The ball can only be swung once, at which point it must be passed to the attacker. The attacker must still try to get free each time for the first feed. The practice allows the attacker to work on a 2 on 1 situation.
The feeders are positioned adjacent to one another, at the top and side of the circle - with a shooter and defender inside the circle. The shooter can offload to either feeder. If the shooter cannot get free within 3 seconds OR the attacker is holding the side of the free feeder - the ball can swing to the free feeder. The ball can only be swung once, at which point it must be passed to the shooter. The shooter must still try to get free each time for the first feed. Once the shooter has receieved the ball they can put up a shot.
