1. 2 players to stand on the sidelines with a ball each.
2. The other two players to stand side by side in the middle (one attack, one defence).
3. Attacking player to drive to the sideline to receive a pass, reset in the middle and receive a pass from the other sideline passer.
4. Players to catch one pass from each sideline is considered as one set.
5. Defender to actively defend.
Encourage a variety of movements i.e. cuts, drive out.
