Before passing the players should be balanced. Players should also vary their passing technique.
Before receiving the ball players should change direction at speed
(as if losing a marker) and aim to arrive as the ball does (timing).
Hands up and communicate - this drill should see all players calling for the pass - the court should not be silent!
