Facing the wall, at shoulder height players pass the ball continuously against the wall.
Start 2 feet away from the wall and as players become more confident they can start to move away from the wall.
Keep control of ball.

The closer players are to the wall the faster the ball speed should be.
Players can repeat the same drill further and further from the wall.
Pass the ball quickly from one hand to the other, at about shoulder height.
Try both static and moving.
Vary level at which you pass the ball - from ankle height to full stretch above your head.
Work the ball from hand to hand, around:
(Both knees/ankles together).
Figure of 8 through the legs, try to keep only one hand on the ball as much as possible.

Two players stand two meters apart. The catching player must keep both feet on floor whilst the feeder passes the ball to them to the extremes of their reach (right hand side/left hand side and above their head).
Player Step up the court and with each step they move the ball between the legs.
*AUDIO DESCRIPTION ON* 8+ players in 2 teams/lines facing the wall. Each player at the front of the line has a ball and throws it against the wall, the rotates out for the player behind them in the line to receive the ball. Continue through the line.
Set up: 2 lines of players in partners set up across from each other with one ball per partner. Players are to pass to each other in their partners. The 2 players at the far end (donât have a ball) begin weaving in and out of players down their own side until they get to the opposite end. Players who have just weaved call for a ball from the far end to get passed to them. The player and the partner who are now at the far end without the ball begin to weave down themselves.
4 players, 3 balls. 1 player without the ball receives the ball from one of the players and returns it as quickly as possible. Then the second player throws their ball and the player in the middle has to return the ball etc. (chest, shoulder, bounce, overhead passes alternated.)Vary the length of the pass.

Unlimited number of players, 1 ball between 2. Examples of movements you could use: Crunch and pass V sit overhead pass Little feet and chest pass Bicycle legs and pass
2x groups of 5+ players 1 ball 1/3 space One team to set up in a circle. Other team to line up one behind eachother. Team in the circle passes ball around eachother while one person from the other team runs around the outside of the circle. Running players run around once or twice. Passing players count how mayn time the balls made a complete circle. Teams swap over and try to beat the opposing team.
