Description

Players work in pairs with 1 ball, standing 2 metres apart.

  1. The worker drives forward and touches the ball in feeder's hand.
  2. They then angle their body to the right and move back 3-4 steps.
  3. The feeder places the ball on the worker's right hand side.
  4. The worker retrieves the ball and is then passed back to feeder.

Coaching points

Repeat this on the left hand side (10 repetitions on each side) and then change worker.
