2 players with one ball, 4 cones.
Player 1 chest passes to player 2 and then turns and runs diagonally to the first cone, touching it before returning to the starting spot to receives the return pass from player 2.
Player 2 does the same as player 1.
The second time round players run diagonally to touch the opposite cone.
Progression:
Change the type of passes your players are using - bounce, lob, javelin pass.
Get your players to jog backwards to the cone, keeping their eyes on the ball at all times.
