This is just a basic ball handling skill game. The aim of the game is to get to the end of the square before the other team does, the team have to either pass the ball between their legs (under) or go behind their heads (over) the teams start with going over then under then so on so on, once it has reached the back of the team that player then runs to the front of the team to the start the chain again. This will help the team with co-ordination and hand skills and most important team encouragement, in every game you should always encourage from 3 years old to 40-50 years old no matter the situation and this will hopefully help the children to do so and carry it forward into every game of rugby.
