Progress to some 2 on 1s and then 3 on 2s as diagram shows Looking for those really working and those that are not focused. Simple and basic drills are the hardest to get excited about, I would pay attention to those that are not pumped for it. Taking drill seriously, goes hand in hand with the above but try and get them completely focused on the task at hand. Removing those that are struggling and working with them 1 on 1
