Set up 20m x 20m grid, at 5m intervals set out 6 cones across the grid. 1 Player stands behind each set of cones with a ball in hand. Instruct the players to hold the ball in the palm of one hand and balance it. On your command they run out to the first cone with the ball balanced on the palm of their hand and back to the line. Then they run to the second cone and back. Then the third cone and back. Then the fourth cone but when they get back they score the try by touching the ball down.
Balance Hand - Eye co-ordination make it fun like egg and spoon race, after a couple of trys make it if they drop the ball they have to go back to start line.
