1. Make a 5m x 5m grid. 2. Four players stand on each corner of the grid, facing inwards, each with a ball in front of them on the floor. 3. On the coachâs whistle, each player picks up the ball and makes his way (diagonally) across the grid to the opposite corner. 4. This process is continued for sets of five. -Make sure body is be kept low. - Make sure ball is carried in both hands and close to chest.
