STEP 1: FINGER PLACEMENT Keep your fingers spread when holding the ball. This gives you maximum control of the ball and it`s direction. STEP 2: CONTROL OF THE BALL Push through the ball towards the target, not across. This will help to maintain precision and accuracy, especially when under pressure. STEP 3. SPIN PASSING Keep the ball upright, use your opposite hand to push against the ball. This creates resistance so you can pass the ball hard to the target.
