
Set up 20m x 20m grid Give each player a ball, get them to spread out around the grid but facing the coach. Coach demonstrates the movement he wants the players to do and then gets them to copy. For example moving the ball between their two hands just back and forth. Or moving the ball around their body hand to hand. Or passing the ball between their open legs.
