DESCRIPTION

Defence focus on their drift defence and communication in order to stop attacking players. Attacking side main focus is to get passed the defenders but must go through all the hands first so the ball must go to the other "wing"so to speak before free passing to beat the defenders. the drill then progress into a touch rugby game which on a wider scale where it is vital for the defence to communicate as the attack has the number advantage.
