
Set up grid as shown two teams for example 4 attack 3 defenders. 1) Defenders choose 3 of the lanes once in grid they have to stay in those lanes. 2) Attackers need to look at the other team and passing between them try and get the ball to the tam mate in the empty lane. 3) Defenders try to tag player in their lane before they can get the pass away. 4) Free attacker to score try at the end of the lane
