
Drawing the Defender
1. All stand behind the cone and the person at the front with a ball. 2. The first 3 run out to the 3 cones. 3. The person with the ball runs out to the furest cone and is an attacker along with the second person on the next cone. 4. The 3rd person is the defender and shouts a colour (red,orange,blue or white). 5. The two attackers run out to the colour called on the right and the defender runs out to the colour on the left. 6. It then becomes a 2V1 situation and the attckers draw the defender and passes or dummies and scores a try. 7. There should be a try everytime.
