Small sided ball in contact touch game.
Defenders must keep arms crossed across chest, touch is made by the arm or elbow. Attackers can attack as normal touch game but once "touch" has been made the ball carrier MUST drive for 2-3 steps, then go to ground with the ball under their body then raise hips and present the ball. If any of these steps are missed then it is a turn-over. If there are an odd number of players add the extra player and instruct the attack (or defence) to swap one player over every 20 - 30 seconds.
