One at a time each line will go. the red cones are a pull to the left to send a reverse chip at the net. the black cones start with a pass from the player net to the balls, the person recives the ball with their back to the goal ans can either turn left or right and get off a quick hit. the orange cones start with a small pass, one touch and hit into net.
after each line goes, have the player stay in. this will create a 1Vgoalie during the red cones, a 2Vgoalie during the black cones, and a 3Vgoalie during the orange cones. all balls are kept in play until a goal or a clear by the goalie.
