DESCRIPTION

#1 A plays ball into D and receives it back to start the practice. #2 A leads to the baseline when D receives the ball #1 plays ball the baseline and then outcomes are created by passess/eliminations. Exercise is complete when a goal is scored or D clears ball off the pitch or dribbles back to 25 yrd line.

COACHING POINTS

Accurate passes and postive elimination skills A's to work off each others movement to manipulate D's to get into good goalscoring positions A's to load critical areas of circle for best possible outcomes Connections & communication between teams is important Progression: Move to LHS Introduce more players and move the starting position further down the pitch to a more open play scenario.
