Description
Rule of this game is that ball cannot pass through the box at all. Players can run through the box.
Coaching points
- Playing the outside and away from congestion/numbers in the middle
- Baseline entry left & right
- Ability to move sweeper out of the middle
- Moving ball from side to side to wait for opportunity to go forward on one side
- High ball pass
- Stretching and making pitch wide and high
