1. Defender passes ball to attacker positioned slightly forward. Defender trails behind to try and tackle. Play a 1v1. 2. Repeat again to create 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4.
1. If defender wins, passes to waiting defender in queue who then passes to striker for next play. 2. Cone position should give attackers a slight head start but still may it possible for defenders to tackle. Focuses: Hard running by striker to get into contest Cut inside line by attacker to cut off defenders line Importance of staying with player for 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 (mark your player)
