Player1 from side line passes to the player 2 then leads to the baseline to receive it and run a baseline which then passes a 45 ball to player 2 who has run into the D ready to be a pass option again and score. Player 1 must make sure to get on the post for rebounds after doing the baseline run and passing Progression: After baseline run - make it free play to score a goal so that the play is not predictable and goal-keeper has to read the movements of the players.
Passes must be quick and clean to catch defenders on the back foot. Pass from the baseline run must be at the correct angle for player to receive and possible flick into goal in one motion. REBOUNDS!!! (good practice for keeper moving anges as well and being aware of the 45 pass to P spot after the baseline run.
