DESCRIPTION

Tracking back drill ensuring players are working hard to get back and behind the ball.

COACHING POINTS

Attacking Ball pace Work as a tight unit by staying close together and not running away from the ball carrier. Look for quick passes when being the higher forward. Defending Aim to get behind the ball and in front of the ball carrier. Make the tackle clean and in front. Channel the attackers away from the goal and out wide. Slow the attacker down by getting their heads down.
