
Setup a simple field wth 2 goals and two teams of 3 or maximum 4 each. Choose one or two aspects to focus on depending on the age and ability of the group. For beginners, do not worry to much about the ball hitting the foot unless it is kicked. Suggestions are below.
Beginners: Ball out of play (sideline/goal line), keeping the stick on the ground, dribbling into space, passing to teammates, not rushing to push the ball away... Intermediate: Finding space (when in possession), marking a player (when opponent in possession), keeping the ball away from danger, triangular play... Advanced: Timing a run, give & go, structured positioning, stretching & squeezing the game...
