4 cones

Split them into 4 groups - 1 group on 1 cone

1 cone has 1 exercise - INCORPORATE STICK INTO EXERCISES

4 rounds

  • Each round is 1 min.
  • 15 sec. rest between each round

1st Bootcamp - Stations:

  • cone 1: pushups
  • cone 2: situps
  • cone 3: jump squats
  • cone 4: jumping jacks

2nd Bootcamp - Stations:

  • cone 1: roll stick in hands from one side to other (what i showed you in car)
  • cone 2: leg lifts
  • cone 3: sumo squats
  • cone 4: burpees
