
Player starts on the red cone and sprints towards the first blue cone. Upon reaching it, the player transitions into a sideways shuffle. On reaching the second blue cone, the player transitions back into a sprint. After reaching the red cone, the player turns around and does the exercise in reverse.
Make sure the shuffle on the return trip is in the opposite direction (i.e. right shuffle on the way out, left shuffle on the return)
