Set one cone on the 45 of the 3 point line and the other one just out from the low post block. then do the same thing for the other side Players will start at the top cone and take one dribble in getting as close as you can to the other cone. when the player reaches the other cone they will shoot the ball into the hoop. make sure with the first dribble is strong and hard towards the lower cone trying to cover as much distance as possible.
Make sure players are using an explosive dribble to get to the other cone.
