Players line up as shown in diagram in a star pattern around the key. Passes go High Opposite - Directly Across - Low Opposite - To the Top of the Key Player at the top goes in for a layup, gets his owen rebound and goes back to where the ball originated. All other players follow the ball and fill in at that spot. If more than 5 players the extra players all line up at the top of the key and wait their turn .
Pass with a step towards the target. Hit the target in the chest. Land on two feet when catching the ball and immediately turn towards target to release the ball quickly. Move VERY FAST after your pass to stay out of the way of the next passes across the kay or the player driving in for the layup.
