Players have to dribble around the cones, alternating ball from left to right hand. Once the player dribbles through the cones quickly they are to explode to the rim for a layup and grab their own rebound. After grabbing their rebound they are to run on the outside of the two remaining cones down the court and layup at speed. Equipment: - All players must have a ball - Cones
