DESCRIPTION

  • Set up cones 15m apart.
  • Have enough lanes so traffic jams don't occur.
  • Players will do one excercise out, round the cone and do a second exercise on return.
  • 5 pairs of excercise
  • 5 reps of each pair.
  • Pair 1 - High Knees out; Butt Kicks back
  • Pair 2 - Leg swing out, high march / Frankenstein back.
  • Pair 3 - Forward Hip Rotation out, reverse Hip rotation back.
  • Pair 4 - Sidde Shuffle out; High Skips back
  • Pair 5 - Carioca out; Back pedals back.

COACHING POINTS

Ensure each excercise is completed correctly.
