Heather, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

This time attackers start out from the 9 with an extra player starting from near the breakdown, two defenders now have to move out to create a potential 4v2 , once the attack have beaten them, they then have to attack two more defenders.

Adaptations:

- More defenders

- Less time for the attackers

KCP:

- Blindside players represents player not involved, if they work hard they can create an extra number

- Extra player might not get the ball but they would have create a problem

- The player joining isn't a set call
