Extra attacker from blindside

Great site and excellent drills. Easy to understand and apply in training....
Tyrone, Rugby Coach

DESCRIPTION

Building up from the previous game, this time attackers start out from the 9 with an extra player starting from near the breakdown, two defenders now have to move out to create a potential 4v2 , once the attack have beaten them, they then have to attack two more defenders.

Adaptations:

- More defenders

- Less time for the attackers

KCP:

- Blindside players represents player not involved, if they work hard they can create an extra number

- Extra player might not get the ball but they would have create a problem

- The player joining isn't a set call
