This session is focusing on defenders creating a wall amoungst themselves, The reason they will be doing this is so that the attacker finds it hard to get round/passed them.
The defenders will stand shoulder to shoulder with eachother and if they will track the attacker, If the attacker moves to the right they will cover the right side and if the attacker moves to the left side they will do the same.
All defenders must stay next to eachother when they move from one side to the other because if they disconnect from the person next to them it will give the attacker a oppurtunity to get through them.
