Description
Ball is kicked to player A who must catch and pass before the kicker can prevent the pass to player B
Coaching points
The ball is kicked directly to player A.
The strength of the kick can be varied as the drill progresses.
The kick must be straight at the catcher
Player A must reach out to catch the ball and make the pass to player B without pulling the ball back into their chest.
Player A must try to catch and pass to player B before the kicker can prevent the pass being made
Each player should take turns at each position.
Each player should practice kicking from each foot and catching and passing from the left and right
