Have 5-6 different colour cones in lines up the pitch.
1.5m from these have a box of the sam eocne colour with a ball in.
The coach calls the colour and the defence have to go to that colour line.
The attack form the attacking "V" from the ball.
They then play out the phase.
At any point the coach can call another colour and all the players have to react quickly to the new colour cones.
This drill should assist with players getting back on side following a tag.
And getting both attackers and defenders to fom their correct positions quicker.
