Split players up into two teams ( Attack and defence).
Each time the coach blows their whistle three attackers run up and around the cone at their end of the field and two defender run down and around the cone at their end of the field.
the attackers simply draw and pass to score a try. (try to coach them through passing the ball rather then them just stepping the defender).
