Attacking scrum, our side of halfway, centre field. Fullback to recieve ball at pace outside blindside winger.
Halfback to run fast from base of scrum to the blind side. Eyes on the opposition fullback and winger.
Our winger to run a strong hard blocking line at the inside of the opposition winger, aiming to convince the winger that she is getting the ball. Be prepared to get the ball and call loudly.
Fullback sneak across field to blind side as ball is fed into the scrum and then sprint once the ball is out. FULL PACE in a looping shape towrads the wing. Time the run so as to run behind the winger coming across in front of them. FB will recieve the ball just as the winger crosses in front and accelerate down the sideline for the try.
Half back to time pass to FB to be behind the winger just before the Winger hits the line.
Once ball is to FB, winger to change angle to support the winger incase needed close to the line.
Halfback follow the play till the end.
Left side OC/winger to run to middle of the field to be the Fullback in case of turnover.
Forwards break from scrum and move to right hand side of the field in a staight line to react to breakdown.
Timing is key.
Winger, Half back and fullback must practice hitting the FB at the time when everyone expects the winger to receive the ball.
Halfback must have eyes up and be watching opposition winger to draw them in. Make all signs that they are going to pass to Winger or keep the ball. Only look for our Fullback just before the pass. Trust they will be in place.
