  • Controlled kick setup
  • Over the advantage line plays

Defence

Green Zone

  • Compressed Defence
  • Umbrella - Up and In
  • 2-3 man tackles
  • Line speed
  • Numbering up, Shuffling

Yellow Zone

  • Still Cmpressed Defence
  • Up and slide - inside shoulders
  • Show them sideline

  • No slide till ball passed
