Rugby Drill Demonstration


Players pass back and forth across centre cones - mirror.

On coaches call players turn and run to line of cones behind them and back to the mirror line to continue passing.

Coaching points

Encourage good pop passing (from the hip), receiver hands ready (target).

Introduce exercises into shuttle runs, e.g 3 x star jumps at cone before running back to mirror.
