Ball Goes to Front Lifter
Call is made by First Jumper/Captain/Veteran that knows how the game is flowing
Call is NEVER made outside of the 22m, RARELY made outside of 15m, will be most often called within 10m of the tryline
First Jumper back pedals to second Jumper - front lifter comes forward 1 or 2 steps then turns to receive the ball.
BALL MUST GO FIVE METERS DOWN THE "MIDDLE" OF THE TUNNEL.
Call format is:
"45, 87, 10 - SAVAGE. 45, 87, 10 - SAVAGE"
Once the Front Lifter has the ball he should anticipate being tackled and look for the offload to the Thrower.
The dummy pod needs to break through the opponents line and be there for the ruck.
Ball runner should angle towards the 15, this will open the weakside wing for a quick score on the blindside.
