1 Defender sets up in the middle of a 20m long grid (width depending on numbers). The rest of the players (attackers) set up on the starting line and when the Defender says "bulldog" the attackers run to reach the other side of the grid without being touched. Touches count with a 2 handed contact on the waist. Any persons that are touched move to the defending side and set up in the middle for the next round.
