DESCRIPTION

Players learn to pass using their tricep muscles. They be standing facing each other, passing from the front of the hip and thrusting the ball forward using the arm. Practice 10 on each side and then partners  so each are facing a different way. Ball is placed sideways on front of far hip, and then add in guide hand. 

COACHING POINTS

-avoid the swimging on of the shoulder

-avoid ball being placed on outer hip
