OPTION 1: 9 runs lateral and makes a switch pass with 12. 12 then passes inside to 11/14.
OPTION 2: 9 runs lateral and passes to 10 who drifts outside 12. Then 10 passes short to 15 who runs an under line.
OPTION 3: 9 runs lateral and passes to 10 who drifts outside 12. Then 10 passes behind to 13 who drifts outside 15. 15 works as a decoy. 13 keeps playing outside to 11/14.
