To improve their stamina and a good low drive position.
1. Set up four tackle cylinders lyind down on the floor.
2. Have a tackle shield inbetween each tackle cylinder.
3. 1 person starts on their belly on floor.
4. 1 person on tackle shield.
5. Player on feet bounce to feet and drives tackle shield back to cone.
6. They then back pedal to middle and hit the floor and bounce again and drive tackle cylinder back to cone.
7. Person on tackle shield drops the shield by the cone and moves onto next shield.
8. Time the first person and see how long it takes, then everytime completed drill try and beat the time.
