An easy exercise for young guys in the first date to check the ability during thwe run.

COACHING POINTS

During this easy exercise the coach can see the ability of the guys about the runnning, speed and coordination of the entire body, in a run flat situation and a slalom situation, how they use theire foot, the legs and the body.
