Encouraging players to identify when to use a grubber kick.
1. Play 5 v 5, attacking team can pass and only complete one type of kick (grubber, high ball, chip etc etc) throughout game.
2. Either make it touch or full contact.
3. No sweeping defenders allowed.
4. Defenders can only move forward they cant back track.
