Rugby: 1v1

Description

Getting players to make quick decsions and footwork skills. 

Coaching points

1. Set up a 20m x 20m box.

2. Get players to line up behind one cone of the grid. 

3. 1 Player starts with the ball and other is defender. 

4. When the coach says go they both leave and run round the cone and enter grid. 

5. The attacker has to try and score a try along the pink lines. 

6. The defender has to stop them.
